[How to write Japanese katakana and kanji]
When you write your name in hiragana or katakana, it’s very nice. it’s great.
And how about kanji?
When you write your name in Kanji, maybe you need a lot of effort to decide which kanji you choose.
Today, I’m trying to write some names into Japanese kanji, and you will see how we write them.
One kanji character sometimes has not only one reading, but a few more readings.
It’s just like in English, when you give a name for a new-born baby for instance, you will probably decide the sounds first. Then you spell it.
There are many kinds of kanji.
I selected kanji characters with great and nice meanings as many as possible.
I am using “Ateji(当て字)” for names as well. “Ateji” is a phonetic equivalent.
Let’s enjoy kanji now.
